Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. In addition, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

No Children Policy
Lash Me Lounge has implemented a no children policy in the lounge This policy is to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients. During a service, clients are not able to watch and care for their child. Lash Me Lounge provides a calm quite atmosphere, not equipped for children.
Membership policy and Fees:
Memberships do NOT include a full set only. This promotion is for fills ONLY. Membership fees will be charged on the day of enrollment and that month's membership time can be used immediately. The membership will renew each month on the same date as originally enrolled (for example, if you register on the 5th of the month, your next membership charge will go through on the 5th of the following month). Once you redeem your allotted services for that month, you will have to pay for any extra appointments in that same month, at the membership price. (Ex: if your membership offers 2 fills in one month for membership price, and you come back before your month is renewed, you will have to pay for any extra appointments)
Members are eligible to receive a $10 bonus for each client they refer who books a full set. This bonus will be applied to the following month's membership fee (e.g., a referral received in September will reduce October's membership fee by $10).
Unless otherwise indicated, additional discounts are not applicable to membership services.
Upgrade / Downgrade Membership:
To upgrade or downgrade your membership level, simply notify us, and we can modify the changes needed.
No cancelation fee, cancel any ANYTIME. To cancel your membership, please notify us in writing 5 business days before the next billing cycle. We can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
